Ingredients
6 cups oats
2 cups coconut
2 cups cashews
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 t. kosher salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Stir ingredients together in a large bowl until well mixed. Pour onto parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes. Stir granola every 20 minutes or so to ensure even cooking. Let granola cool before placing in an airtight container, large baggies, or separating into personal sized portions.
