We were always delighted as little girls to get one of these drinks.  We find they still please today as the perfect accompaniment for a ladies lunch.

Ingredients: 

Directions:

1 (2 liter) lemon-lime soda (diet works)

​

1 bottle grenadine syrup (found in the drink mixer section of the grocery store)

​

Maraschino cherries as a garnish, if desired

Pour soda into glasses.  Add a splash of grenadine syrup (to taste) and maraschino cherries.  (Approximately 1-2 T. syrup per cup of soda.)  

Add a side that compliments your menu:
