This refreshing lemonade is incredibly versatile and can be made with any type of frozen (or fresh) berries. Here we used the Triple Berry Mix from Costco.
Servings: Approximately 6
Total Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
Directions:
1 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

1 1/4 cups frozen berries

3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 3-4 lemons)

4-5 cups ice water
Stir together 1 cup water and sugar over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Add frozen berries and cook until it boils. Reduce heat and cook for 5 additional minutes until berries burst. Remove from heat and strain through a fine sieve. Cool berry syrup and place in a jar. Refrigerate until ready to use.

When ready to serve lemonade, combine berry syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 4-5 cups water, to taste.
