Four simple ingredients are transformed into a delightful, well balanced bite.
Servings: 8
Total Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
Directions:
Baguette or Italian loaf

1 (6-8 oz.) container of marscapone
1 container fig spread (found in the specialty cheese section of your grocery store)

8 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto

Bread may be toasted or not, depending on preference. If not toasting bread, skip to topping.

Toasted Crostini Bread Pieces:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice baguette in 1/4 inch slices. Brush olive oil on each baguette slice to cover both cut sides. Lightly salt baguette slices. Toast in oven for 8-10 minutes or until lightly toasted.

Spread a layer of marscapone on bread slice. Then, spread a thin layer of fig preserves on top. Add a bit of prosciutto on top.
