This homemade rootbeer doesn't use dry ice, making it an easier, less messy version when you entertaining.

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 cups sugar

​

1/2 cup water

​

2 teaspoons rootbeer concentrate

​

2 (2 liter) bottles of seltzer water

Directions:

Stir sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.  Cool. 

​

Stir in rootbeer concentrate and seltzer water.  We love to serve it over pebble ice.
