Cream Cheese Mousse
We have been serving cream cheese spreads with our crepes for as long as we can remember. This mousse has the ability to turn any crepe into a cheesecake.
Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
Directions:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
​
1 (8oz. package) cream cheese
​
½ cup powdered sugar
​
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
Beat the cream in a bowl with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside. Use same beaters to blend remaining ingredients in another bowl until well mixed. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture with a spatula until just combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be made a day in advance.
