Citrus Ham
with Brown Sugar Honey Glaze
Ham is a popular main course for an Easter dinner. This recipe adds amazing flavor by stuffing a spiral ham with fresh rosemary and orange slices and then pouring a sweet brown sugar and honey glaze.
Ingredients:
Directions:
1 spiral ham, desired weight for number of guests

1-2 oranges, sliced

1 package fresh rosemary
​
1 cup light brown sugar
​
1/2 cup orange juice
​
1/2 cup honey
​
1 teaspoon cinnamon
​
1/2 teaspoon cloves
​
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place spiral ham in a casserole dish. Place orange slices and rosemary in between ham slices.

Place all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring the ingredients to a boil and cook for 4 minutes. Pour over ham.

Bake according to how large the ham is. Below is a guide:

Ham that is fully cooked or ready to eat:
​
Whole Ham: 15-18 minutes er pound
Half Ham: 18-24 minutes per pound
​
For a ham that says cook before eating:
​
Whole Ham: 18-20 minutes per pound
Half Ham: 20 minutes per pound
