Cilantro Lime Dressing

This creamy dressing is a copycat of Cafe Rio's famous dressing.  It is served at the restaurant with their salads, but we love to dip chips in it and have included it in our salsa bar.

Ingredients: 

Directions:

2 (1 oz.) packages Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix

2 cups buttermilk

2 cups mayonnaise

2 tomatillos

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 bunch of cilantro

1/2 lime, squeezed

1 jalepeno, chopped

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.  

Perfectly Paired with: Pork Carnitas
