Beef Fondue Broth
This broth can be used to cook small pieces of pork, chicken or beef at a fondue party. It can also be used for vegetables. Patience is required while the meat cooks, so we suggest having a platter of vegetables and breads (and our cheese fondue) available for guests to eat while they wait.
Servings: 20
Total Prep Time: 35-65 minutes
Ingredients:
Directions:
6 cups beef broth

2 cups of water

3 packages of dry onion soup mix

4 t. dried parsley

1 T. minced garlic

2 bay leaves

Place all ingredients in a heavy saucepan or fondue pot. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Bring liquid to a boil before using.

Leave meat or vegetables in broth until thoroughly cooked.
