Honey adds just a touch of sweetness to the berries and the brie.
Servings: 8
Total Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
Directions:
Baguette or Italian Loaf
​
1 (8 oz.) round of brie cheese
​
Blackberry or other desired berries
​
Wildflower honey or other favorite honey
Bread may be toasted or not, depending on preference. If not toasting, skip to topping the bread.
​
Toasted Crostini Bread Pieces:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice baguette in 1/4 inch slices. Brush olive oil on each baguette slice to cover both cut sides. Lightly salt baguette slices. Toast in oven for 8-10 minutes or until lightly toasted.
​
Top bread slices with a slice of brie cheese. Top with berries. Drizzle with honey. Serve.
